Maxville A Scottish Celebration
A Scottish Country Dancing Afternoon Tea Dance and Evening Concert/Ceilidh

at the Metcalfe Centre, 34 Fair St. on the Fairgrounds, home to the Highland Games.
Music: by Ian Muir (Prestwick), Judi Nicolson, Fred Collins and Kathy Fraser-Collins. This is the band who did Melbourne Winter School this past July and who will be doing TAC Summer School 2020! Click on their names to see more about Ian and Judi.

Tickets will be available at the Kingston Ball Weekend and other area events where Torridon is playing..

What's going on: an afternoon Scottish Country Dance (cribs and diagrams are here) Saturday, November 16 from 2 to 5 p.m. followed by a lunch! (sandwiches, squares, coffee, tea, etc.). We will follow this with a concert from 7 - 10 p.m. including many of our great local musicians (see the brochure and features by Judi and Ian, of course, along with Torridon! This ceilidh will also conclude with a lunch.

The cost for the afternoon dance and lunch is $25.00pp and for those who choose to remain for the concert/ceilidh/lunch, it is an extra $5.00. Other a-la-carte prices are on the registration form. We think this is an excellent deal for an afternoon and evening of exceptional music!
